Devs continue to fly this season with a fantastic action packed two pointer, with local rivals Studley 34th team. In a pulsating encounter The Devs stood in the rain and sucked their teeth first. At one stage both teams were in the middle together looking skywards. The highlight of the day was an early tea, supplemented by the continuous chelping of "John Kettleys love child" Andy Taylor. Things began to improve for the Devs shorly after tea when we found some Rugby League to watch. Stoodley Pike had had enough and they gracefully trooped off home, tails between their les, after the whooping they had received. News began to filter through from Burton Leonard, that The Strays had received a sound drenching at the hands of the opposition, despite a torrential contribution from "Judas Rawlings". What a shower.
